Health measures

Sanitary measures and protocols have been put in place for the FestiVoix 2021 in order to respect the directives issued by Public Health and the Government of Quebec.  Here are the rules to respect during the event:

 

TICKETS

In order to ensure that sanitary measures are respected, each concert is offered as an individual ticketing service with online purchase only*. To attend the concert of your choice, you will need to purchase a listening area of 2 or 4 tickets. Listening areas can accommodate a maximum of 2 or 4 people. Each listening area will be sold for between $20 and $80 depending on the stage, the show and the capacity of the area.

*Please note that the 2020 passports will no longer be valid for any future event or edition.

 

TIME

The FestiVoix invites you to arrive at the entrance of the sites at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the show with the people of the same listening area. Here are the opening hours of each stage:

  • Loto-Québec stage: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Hydro-Québec stage: 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Port of Trois-Rivières stage: 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm to midnight

 

DISINFECTION

Each participant will be required to disinfect his or her hands in a disinfectant distribution area provided for this purpose at entrances and exits, restrooms, food booths, etc.

 

   ENTRY/EXIT

For each site, entry and exit will be via two distinct and well identified locations.

Loto-Québec Stage – Parc Portuaire: There are two entrances and exits on this site. They are located at the end of the large tunnel as well as in the côte de l’Hôpital.

Hydro-Québec Stage – Jardin des Ursulines: The entrance to this site is on St. James Street near the St. James Anglican Chapel. Located near a public fountain, the exit of the Hydro-Quebec stage of the Jardin des Ursulines is in front of the Ursulines chapel on des Ursulines street.

Stage Le Quai Port de Trois-Rivières: The entrance and exit are located near the St. Lawrence River at the end of rue des Forges.

 

BAG CHECK

For security reasons, the contents of each participant’s bag will be checked. You will have to open your bag yourself to have the contents checked. In order to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all festival goers, the following items are not permitted on the event site:

 

CONFIGURATION AND CAPACITY OF THE SITES 

The configuration of each stage has been designed to meet the standards of physical distance. Each group from the same family unit and/or residing at the same address will be set up in a listening area of 4 square meters that can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. A distance of 1.5 meters will be maintained between listening areas.

In accordance with current regulations, each site has a maximum capacity:

  • Loto-Québec stage: 700 – 900 seats*
  • Hydro-Quebec Stage: 250 – 400 seats*.
  • Port de Trois-Rivières stage: 200 – 250 seats*

* Subject to change according to the instructions issued by the Public Health Department.

LISTENING ZONE

At the event site, each group from the same family unit and/or residing at the same address will be set up in a listening area delimited by floor markings and/or a suitable configuration that can accommodate up to 2 or 4 people. Chairs will be available for participants in each listening area. Here is an overview of what to expect on each stage:

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

A distance of 2 meters must be maintained at all times between each person who is not in the same listening area. In order to ensure the smooth running of the event, we ask that you respect the established safety perimeters, the signs, the markings on the ground as well as the visible information panels on the entire site. Participants must also follow the direction of traffic, taking into account the signs visible throughout the site.

 

WEARING OF THE PROCEDURE MASK

Procedural masks must be worn at all times when traveling outside of the listening areas, it is not necessary to have a mask in the listening areas.

 

TOILETS

At each site, sanitary facilities will be accessible and disinfected frequently during the event. Procedural masks must be worn at all times in the queue and inside the facilities.

 

DRINK

Bars will be available on the different stages of the FestiVoix.

 

CROWD MOVEMENT

At no time are participants allowed to gather in front of the stage. Moshing and crowd surfing are strictly forbidden.

 

Our organization and our employees are committed to following and respecting all recommendations and regulations issued by Public Health.

All participants must comply with the sanitary measures and protocols put in place to ensure a safe experience for all festival-goers, artists, teams and partners taking part, under penalty of expulsion, with no possibility of reimbursement, or of stopping the show if necessary.
