Richard Séguin has become a key figure in Quebec’s cultural landscape. Over the course of his 50-year career, he has carved out an undeniable place for himself as a singer-songwriter. His poetry speaks of the quest for justice and peace, identity and country. A deep humanitarian concern where tenderness and anger are mixed. Fully aware of the social role of the artist, he endorses several causes: the environment, literacy, the foundation Eau Secours! and Mères au Front. At 71 years old, he concludes a tour of more than 80 performances with songs from his latest album Les liens les lieux.
