Flytz is a Quebec-based house producer and DJ known for his deep, groovy sound driven by punchy basslines, soulful textures, and old-school influences.
Inspired by both underground house and 90s rap, he has developed a warm and rhythmic musical identity designed for both the dancefloor and everyday listening.
Alongside releases on international labels, Flytz is the founder of Deep Hours, a series of events born in Trois-Rivières from a simple goal: to create a house music scene where it was still largely absent. Faced with a lack of dedicated spaces for this style in the region, Deep Hours quickly became a gathering point for house and electronic music enthusiasts.
The project naturally expanded with the creation of Deep Hours Records, an independent label dedicated to showcasing artists who share the same musical vision: sincere, groovy, and timeless house music.
At just 22 years old and having started his career at 15, Flytz stands out as an emerging artist to watch.
Don’t miss Flytz on Friday, June 26th, at the ABI Urbain stage at Le Pot Papilles et Cocktails, starting at 11 p.m.
