The Fleuve Loto-Québec stage will be filled with magic as international pop star Charlotte Cardin presents her rich compositions on Thursday, July 4. After the Big Boy and Main Girl EPs, the Canadian singer-songwriter became an international phenomenon with her debut album Phoenix, released in 2021. Acclaimed by critics and audiences alike, the album stayed at the top of Billboard’s Canadian Albums Chart for several weeks and propelled Charlotte Cardin to the top of the nominations for the 2022 JUNO Awards. It also won the Félix for Anglophone Album of the Year in 2021, made the long list for the Polaris Music Prize 2021, and was certified Platinum in Canada less than a year after its release. Since then, she hasn’t slowed down, having released her latest album, 99 nights in autumn 2023, which tells the story of a summer (99 nights) of composing music.
