Active in music since his teenage years, Émile Bilodeau made his breakthrough in 2016 with Rites de passage, earning him the Félix for Revelation of the Year in 2017. He followed up with Grandeur mature (2019), petite nature (2021), and a notable collaboration with the Innu community. In 2023, he surprised fans with Tout seul comme un grand, then released Au bar des espoirs, his fifth album, produced by Simon Kearney, exploring the fine line between hope and disillusionment with a lighthearted touch.
