The evening of Saturday, July 6, will be marked by sweetness and poetry on the Vieille Prison Le Trou du Diable stage, with Quebec songwriter, producer and arranger Jeannot Bournival. He is renowned for his work on albums by such eminent artists as Fred Pellerin, Tire le Coyote and Isabelle Boulay, as well as for his other artistic achievements. An experienced multidisciplinary artist, Jeannot Bournival presents a body of work that is both innovative and traditional. His show promises immersion in a universe where traditional artistic forms are exploded, exploring the contrast between folk, jazz, poetry and groove.
