Julie Hamelin is a musician, singer, and studio performer with over 15 years of experience. As the official voice of Radio-Canada radio, she combines her background in musical theater and jazz (Bachelor’s in Vocal Performance, Master’s in Composition) with extensive studio and stage experience.
Since 2010, she has produced six albums and EPs, collaborating with some of Montreal’s finest jazz musicians. She also lends her voice to various projects, including Sport national by Hugo Blouin, and works as a studio backing vocalist for multiple artists. A team captain at the Montreal Musical Improv League and choir director in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton, Julie shines with her stage presence and artistic versatility.
