With her unique, gravelly voice, singer Térez Montcalm returns to the stage with a brand new show. Considered one of the most rock-solid female jazz singers of all time, she’s been charming audiences for over 20 years, and her musical career has been marked by ambitious achievements that have garnered numerous industry accolades, including Juno, ADISQ and GAMIQ nominations, as well as the prestigious André Gagnon award from SPACQ. Inspired by the Motown years, Elvis Presley, James Brown and Mavin Gaye, this project reflects his musical reflections of recent years, with personal interpretations, bold, haunting compositions and a few languorous ballads. An intimate show not to be missed on July1 on the Bell Garden stage.
