The eclectic Pink Martini musical ensemble featuring singer China Forbes, whose captivating voice and charisma have contributed to the group’s international success, will make a stop in Trois-Rivières on Saturday, July 6. Combining musical influences from all over the world, the twelve-piece band offers a fusion of genres, from jazz to pop to Latin music. Over the years, Pink Martini has released several acclaimed albums, including “Hang On Little Tomato” (2004), “Splendor in the Grass” (2009) and “Je dis oui!” (2016). The band has also toured the world, performing with symphony orchestras and collaborating with renowned artists such as Phyllis Diller, Jimmy Scott, Carol Channing, Rita Moreno, Jane Powell and Rufus Wainwright.
