FestiVoix rules

The safety of festival-goers, artists and crews is a priority for FestiVoix. On the various festival sites, it is your responsibility to be aware of and respect all regulations and measures in effect.

All FestiVoix de Trois-Rivières admission tickets are available in limited quantities. As site capacity is limited, general admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. The purchase of a general admission ticket does not automatically guarantee access to all shows. We advise you to arrive early to guarantee a place on the site. Please consult the Our stages page of the website for the capacity of each venue.
Children aged 10 and under are admitted free of charge to general admission only when accompanied by a responsible adult holding an admission ticket. Depending on the style of show presented during the evening, and in the event of anticipated large crowds, FestiVoix reserves the right to prohibit strollers and to impose an admission fee, on certain days, for all participants, regardless of age.
Festival-goers of all ages (including children) must hold a specific ticket to gain access to the privileged zones, i.e. the Belitec VIP zone, the Avant-scène zone, the Club FestiVoix Desjardins and the Groupe Somavrac Lodges. Identification may be required at site entrances to validate the child’s age.
Bag searches are mandatory at all FestiVoix site entrances.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and supervised at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. If a child under the age of 13 is left unattended and unsupervised on the site, FestiVoix disclaims all responsibility. We strongly encourage you to take note of our safety recommendations for young children on our website.
The sale of any form of alcohol is strictly forbidden to anyone under 18. FestiVoix reserves the right to require photo ID and date of birth.
FestiVoix invites you to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. FestiVoix staff reserves the right to refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated or has behavioral problems.
Performances take place rain or shine, except in the case of severe weather or any other force majeure that may affect the safety of festival-goers and/or artists. FestiVoix reserves the right to modify the program at any time and without notice for various reasons. No exchange or refund will be granted in the event of an artist change or if a performance is cancelled, postponed or delayed.
In the event of total cancellation of the event (including all days of the festival) for which no other date has been chosen, buyers will be informed of the procedure to follow by e-mail.
All festival-goers are required to comply with the signs, regulations and codes of conduct set up by the organization.
It is forbidden to climb, jump or inflict damage on the structures and equipment set up on the FestiVoix sites.
Entrance to the sites is only permitted in the areas designated and signposted for this purpose.
It is forbidden to interfere with the smooth running of the performances, whether by climbing onto the stage, throwing projectiles onto the stage or into the crowd, or intervening in any other way that might hinder the smooth running of the concert, on all FestiVoix sites.
To ensure everyone’s safety, you must abide by the emergency measures implemented by FestiVoix’s security and control officers and duly-identified attendants.
At all times, you are obliged to respect and comply with the requests and requirements of FestiVoix’s security guards, control officers and duly identified participants during the event.
By entering the FestiVoix site, you grant the FestiVoix de Trois-Rivières the right to use your image, likeness, actions and statements in any transmission, publication or reproduction of the event in any manner or circumstance whatsoever, without further permission or compensation. At any time, you may modify the use that may be made of this image by contacting us at info@festivoix.com.
You acknowledge and accept the risks involved in participating in the activities organized by the event. You assume full responsibility for the risks and hazards that may arise from these activities and waive all claims for loss or damage, from whatever cause, suffered before, during or after the event.

FestiVoix reserves the right to refuse access to the event or to expel any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund of the admission fee. Such persons may be held liable for any resulting loss or damage.
